ALPERTON LODGE No.5548
FOUNDED ON 25th OCTOBER 1935

CHARITY
Charity is a cornerstone of Freemasonry and we are extremely proud of the charitable work we do within Alperton Lodge.
Many of our members are on the committee for the Middlesex Grand Family Fete which organises several outstanding events throughout the year which raise thousands of pounds for our chosen charities.
Each year, the presiding Worshipful Master chooses charities that he wishes to support through the lodge's efforts.
Our chosen charities for this year are:
-
The Royal Masonic Trust for Boys and Girls
-
Deptherapy
Every five years, the United Grand Lodge of England runs a charity festival where lodges give their dedicated support to a chosen charity which is being supported by UGLE and the provinces.
The 2020 Festival began in 2015 and Alperton Lodge is proudly participating and fundraising in many different ways. The chosen charity for The 2020 Festival is the Royal Masonic Trust for Boys and Girls which helps children who are facing an uncertain future due to family or financial challenges.
